Through a related entity, MHP Associates, LLC, The Mathews Company purchased this 107,000-square-foot Class A office building in February 2004 at a time when it was approximately 50 percent leased. The building leased up to 100 percent occupancy in July 2006 due primarily to leases signed with the Tennessee Department of Health and the Tennessee Foreign Language Institute. MHP Associates sold Heritage Place in November 2005 for $10.2 million.
