Located in south Nashville, Grassmere is an office and industrial park consisting of three business service centers and two office buildings. Developed by The Mathews Company between 1984 and 1990, Grassmere totals more than 600,000 square feet.

The Mathews Company developed three service center properties located at 1830, 1854, and 1865 Air Lane Drive from 1980 to 1983. Collectively, the properties contain approximately 200,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. The company sold the properties in the late 1980s and purchased them back again in two separate transactions. The company now manages, leases and has ownership interest in all three buildings.
